Hamza is an advocate of the High Courts and actively appears in constitutional, commercial, tax, regulatory and criminal matters.
Hamza was part of the team representing the Caretaker Government of Punjab in the matter relating to the appointment of the Advocate General. Additionally, Hamza has also been appointed as Amicus Curiae by the Lahore High Court, Lahore in a matter involving interpretation of various constitutional provisions.
Furthermore, Hamza has represented various high net worth individuals, including directors of an oil marketing company, in white collar matters before the High Court. Moreover, Hamza has represented local and international entities in mediations and arbitrations.
As part of his corporate & advisory practice, Hamza also regularly advises various corporations as well as governmental departments on contentious and non-contentious matters.
Hamza also undertakes several pro bono cases representing the underprivileged before the High Courts. Additionally, Hamza teaches Jurisprudence to students of the University of London International Program.
Hamza completed his Bachelor of Law (L.L.B) from University of London. Thereafter, he completed his Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) from City University London with a ‘Very Competent’ classification and is a Barrister- at- Law from the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
