Asad is an advocate of the High Courts of Pakistan and has obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons.) from the University of London. Thereafter, he attended The George Washington University for his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Litigation and Dispute Resolution (Arbitrations, Mediations and Negotiations).
In addition to representing clients before various judicial fora, including the High Courts, Asad also represents his clients in arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations. He has built a diverse practice and primarily focuses on constitutional, civil, commercial, regulatory and tax matters.
Asad primarily focuses on seminal constitutional matters involving interpretation of constitutional laws as well as fiscal statutes. He routinely advises domestic and foreign clients and opines on their complex legal issues.
In addition to this, Asad represents various taxpayers before the High Courts in tax matters while also routinely appearing before lower courts as well as regulatory tribunals representing clients on various commercial and administrative law matters.
